Painted on Arches torchon (rough) 300 gram paper with Cotman watercolours. After it was painted I stroke the edges with a nib pen and manuscript drawing ink. I’d love to experiment with putting the ink in first but I’m having a hard time finding waterproof ink.
This is really nice.
There are beauty and playfulness in this drawing, and that’s a good combination.
I find that Sharpie’s Ultra Fine Point markers are nice to draw with and permanent.
love it!
do you sell this?, how much?
Hi, I love your work. Your work has really matures over the years but has still kept that playfulness as Stephen pointed out. It makes me want to literally go back to the drawing board. I think one gets lost in with the rush of deadlines and daily life and forgets how it all started … good old fashioned drawing!
Keep it up! I’ll be back to see some more great works.
That’s a really nice painting. I’ve always wanted to learn to paint. Really like it. Did you do it from a photograph?
I love your work! Your use of color and drawing ability are really amazing. So beautiful. I am going to post a blog about your work if you don’t mind on http://www.mindezigns.blogspot.com
I haven’t been there before.
It is wonderful to see what you have drawn .
